My second project of the DE5001 module asked for the creation of a creative arts 'hub' with studio spaces for artists and designers to hire, as well as gallery and exhibition spaces to display artwork. 

The brief was based around the idea of 're-use', and offered an old Real Tennis court as a site, dating back to the late 19th Century. With this idea of re-use in mind, the scheme aims to preserve parts of the tennis court through focus on the court's lines, in particular the 'First Gallery'.

This preservation is considered predominantly in the linear layout of the court, and through the geometric designs of the studios and furniture.
